Acorn by Synergie is recruiting HGV Class 1 Tanker Drivers on behalf of a leading UK supply chain partner based in Stoke-on-Trent.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced HGV Class 1 Tanker Drivers, Class 1 Tanker Drivers, Tanker Drivers, or Cat CE Drivers looking for long-term work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

• £19 per hour PAYE.
• £23 per hour Umbrella PAYE.
• £25 night out allowance.
• Minimum 8 hours' pay guaranteed per shift.
• Temporary to permanent opportunity.

• Complete tanker deliveries and collections safely and efficiently.
• Complete 2-4 deliveries and collections per shift.
• Work a 4 on 4 off tramping rota.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Complete all delivery documentation accurately.
• Follow all road transport legislation, health and safety procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.

• Valid HGV Class 1 (Category CE) licence.
• Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous tanker driving experience.
• Previous tramping experience.
• Strong understanding of driver hours and road transport legislation.
• Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious approach.

• 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
• Morning starts from 6am.
