Leisure Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Leisure Assistant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors. Your primary duties will include supervising leisure activities, assisting guests with inquiries, and ensuring that facilities are clean and well-maintained. You will also play a key role in organizing and leading recreational programs, promoting health and wellness, and encouraging participation among diverse groups of individuals.

To succeed in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for promoting active lifestyles. A background in leisure management, sports science, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in customer service. You must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. A current first aid certification and knowledge of health and safety regulations in a leisure setting are essential.
