We are seeking a skilled Global SAP Trainer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive SAP training programs for various user groups across multiple regions. Your primary focus will be to enhance the users' understanding of SAP systems and ensure that they can effectively utilize the software to meet business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop tailored training materials, including e-learning modules, user guides, and instructor-led sessions. Additionally, you will conduct workshops and training sessions both virtually and in-person, fostering an engaging learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP modules and functionalities, as well as experience in training delivery. You should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to convey complex information in an accessible manner. A strong background in adult learning principles and instructional design is essential. You will also be responsible for assessing training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, continuously improving the training programs based on user experience and evolving business needs. A willingness to travel internationally for training sessions may be required.
