Car Park Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Car Park Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our car parking facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of attendants and ensuring the highest levels of customer service and safety for all patrons. Your primary duties will include monitoring parking activities, enforcing regulations, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the parking area. You will also be tasked with handling customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues effectively and efficiently to enhance the overall experience for visitors.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail. You should have previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a parking or customer service environment. Responsibilities will also include preparing reports on occupancy levels, revenue collection, and staff performance, as well as ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. You will work closely with management to implement strategies that optimize operations and improve service delivery. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are essential for this position.
