Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Security Operations Manager to lead and enhance our security operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing security policies and procedures to safeguard the organization’s assets, personnel, and information systems. You will oversee the security operations center (SOC), ensuring timely detection, response, and remediation of security incidents. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and compliance audits while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic approach to security.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in information security and incident management, with a proven ability to analyze threats and vulnerabilities. You will manage a team of security analysts, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills. This position requires excellent communication and leadership abilities, as you will be responsible for preparing and presenting security reports to senior management. Additionally, you will coordinate with external partners and agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. A certification in cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, etc.) is highly desirable, along with a minimum of five years of experience in security operations or a related field.
