School Caretaker

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable School Caretaker to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of our educational facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of the school environment. Key duties include performing routine cleaning tasks, managing waste disposal, and ensuring that all areas, including classrooms, restrooms, and outdoor spaces, are kept in pristine condition. Additionally, the caretaker will carry out minor maintenance and repairs, report any significant issues to the management, and assist with the preparation of the school for events and activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in a similar role is preferred, with knowledge of basic maintenance practices and health and safety regulations. The role requires the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and excellent communication skills to liaise with staff, students, and parents.
