Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our vibrant team on a fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers. Your primary duties will include assisting customers with their inquiries, processing transactions efficiently, and maintaining the overall appearance of the sales floor. You will play a key role in stock management, including receiving and merchandising new products, as well as conducting regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained.

To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor, as building rapport with customers is essential. Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is preferred, but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
