Handyman/Porter

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Porter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Key duties include conducting routine inspections of the property, addressing maintenance requests promptly, and executing minor repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of storage areas and assisting with the setup and breakdown of events as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards maintenance and repairs. You should have a valid driver's license and be comfortable using various tools and equipment safely. Additionally, you will be expected to assist with moving furniture and other heavy items, as well as perform basic cleaning duties. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential. A background in facility management or a similar field is preferred, along with a commitment to providing high-quality service and ensuring a safe environment for all.
