Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment across various facilities. Your primary duties will include performing cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces. You will also be required to ensure that restrooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies, as well as manage waste disposal and recycling efforts in accordance with environmental guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential, as full training will be provided. You should possess good time management skills and be able to follow instructions effectively. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential, along with the ability to communicate well with colleagues and management.
