Warehouse Supervisor – Heathrow, London
Full-Time | 4 on, 4 off | 18:00-06:00

Pay Rate: £15/h

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a busy warehouse operation, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of goods while supporting a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and delegate tasks to the team.
• Oversee goods-in, pallet labelling, stock handling, and temperature checks.
• Ensure accurate documentation and warehouse records.
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently and prepare the correct paperwork.
• Resolve shipment, quality, and stock issues promptly.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, food safety, and warehouse housekeeping.
• Support the handling of damaged goods and ensure correct reporting procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Lead or Supervisor.
• Experience with perishable or food products is advantageous.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and lead a team effectively.
• Security training/screening experience is desirable but not essential.
