About the role
Site Manager | Nationwide | £45k - £50k + Car / Allowance + Benefits
We're currently working with a specialist construction contractor to recruit a Site Manager to deliver fast-track construction and refurbishment projects across the UK, typically valued up to £1m.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work, offering long-term security, autonomy and genuine career progression.
What You'll Be Doing;
- Managing projects from site set-up through to completion
- Coordinating subcontractors, materials and site logistics
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard
- Managing site documentation, RAMS and health & safety compliance
- Chairing site briefings and liaising with clients and the wider project team
- Monitoring progress and ensuring successful project handovers
What You'll Need;
- Previous experience as a Site Manager within construction
- Experience delivering fast-track new build or refurbishment projects
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
