Site Manager

Site Manager | Nationwide | £45k - £50k + Car / Allowance + Benefits

We're currently working with a specialist construction contractor to recruit a Site Manager to deliver fast-track construction and refurbishment projects across the UK, typically valued up to £1m.

What You'll Be Doing;

• Managing projects from site set-up through to completion
• Coordinating subcontractors, materials and site logistics
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard
• Managing site documentation, RAMS and health & safety compliance
• Chairing site briefings and liaising with clients and the wider project team
• Monitoring progress and ensuring successful project handovers

What You'll Need;

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within construction
• Experience delivering fast-track new build or refurbishment projects
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
