Purchasing Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly organised and analytical professional to join our a global medical devices company in Witney as a Procurement Operations Lead. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring system integrity, and maintaining rigorous governance in relation to procurement processes. • Oversee daily procurement operational processes and ensure strict compliance with internal policies.
• Manage and enhance procurement systems, databases, and digital tools to ensure data accuracy.
• Deliver performance reporting and provide actionable insights through comprehensive spend and operational data analysis.
• Administer procurement agreements and coordinate the execution of commercial documentation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact, fostering strong relationships with Finance, Legal, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and procurement capabilities.

• Proven experience in procurement operations, supply chain, or business administration.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in business systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Professional procurement qualification (e.g., CIPS) is considered a desirable asset.

• Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
• Location: Witney.
• Salary: Up to £55,000 depending on experience
• Contract: 12 months
