Location covering: Oxford

Salary: £33,000 - £40,000

Package:

• 25 days holiday, increasing by 1 day every year

What You'll Be Doing:

• Competently conducting technical asbestos inspections and bulk sampling across diverse client sites.
• Producing highly accurate survey data, sampling information, and detailed site plans using modern reporting formats, primarily via PDAs.
• Providing factual, impartial advice to clients and fostering strong, prosperous partnerships.
• Helping to train up newer staff and providing proactive feedback to management on site conditions and performance.

What You Need to Bring:

• You absolutely must hold a BOHS P402 (or the RSPH equivalent) and maintain valid site access accreditation's, such as a CSCS card.
• Holding a BOHS W504 (S301) or a Certificate of Competence in Asbestos (CoCA) is highly desirable and will make your application stand out.
• You need to be IT literate, highly reliable, capable of working under your own initiative, and armed with a flexible, problem-solving "can-do" attitude.
