Salary: £33,000 - £40,000

What You'll Be Doing:
- Competently conducting technical asbestos inspections and bulk sampling across diverse client sites.
- Producing highly accurate survey data, sampling information, and detailed site plans using modern reporting formats, primarily via PDAs.
- Providing factual, impartial advice to clients and fostering strong, prosperous partnerships.
- Helping to train up newer staff and providing proactive feedback to management on site conditions and performance.
What You Need to Bring:
- You absolutely must hold a BOHS P402 (or the RSPH equivalent) and maintain valid site access accreditation's, such as a CSCS card.
- Holding a BOHS W504 (S301) or a Certificate of Competence in Asbestos (CoCA) is highly desirable and will make your application stand out.
- You need to be IT literate, highly reliable, capable of working under your own initiative, and armed with a flexible, problem-solving "can-do" attitude.
