Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this permanent position, applicants must fulfil the following criteria:
Experience: Relevant Special Educational Needs (SEN) experience is required.
Background: Proven experience working with children or young adults in either a paid or voluntary capacity.
Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or equivalent) or a verified equivalent standard.
Eligibility: A valid right to work in the UK is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the class teacher in the planning and delivery of engaging, interactive, and inclusive lessons.
Providing targeted support to neurodiverse learners on a 1:1, small group, and whole-class basis.
Encouraging self-reliance, emotional regulation, and social development among high-needs pupils.
Utilising specialised on-site resources to manage complex learning profiles effectively.
