HR Consultant - 7068

We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on various human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. You will collaborate with management to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Your ability to analyze HR metrics and trends will be critical in recommending improvements to enhance workforce effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices and have experience in change management initiatives. You will conduct training sessions and workshops to equip employees and management with the necessary skills and knowledge in HR policies and procedures. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with relevant certifications, is preferred.
