Product Implementation Lead
6-Month Contract | HybridA leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Product Implementation Lead to drive the successful go-live of a major digital platform as part of a high-profile transformation programme.This is a hands-on role responsible for bringing together multiple Agile teams, technology partners and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless production launch and successful client onboarding.Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and go-live activities across multiple delivery teams.Coordinate release readiness, deployment planning, Go/No-Go governance and production launch.Ensure end-to-end testing, operational readiness and environment stability ahead of release.Drive client onboarding, change management, training and post-launch hypercare.Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks and stakeholder engagement throughout delivery.
Experience Required

Proven experience delivering complex software or digital platform implementations within financial services.Strong background leading cross-functional Agile teams through production releases and go-live activities.Expertise in release management, testing, deployment planning and operational readiness.Experience working across business and technology functions in regulated environments.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
