You’ll be at the centre of technical decision‑making, industrialisation, certification, and final assembly support — ensuring every change lands with precision, clarity and zero disruption.Main activitiesManage Full Change Process - Standard mods and Customisation ModsEnsure governance as per A2843.3 and supporting processesCompile Agenda's, Chair Meetings and prepare MOMEnsure consistency of inputs TRS/ERS/PRS to support Business case, Time, Cost and Quality, steer CEO v NEO, PW v CFM, Flight Test A/C and Stored A/CSupport Industrialisation process and ensure Mod Batching Policy is applied where applicableEnsure deliverables for TNDG3 and Mod Opening, Budget agreed and POE agreed.Support and Manage Incremental Development (ID) for the A320 FamilySupport and provide CM inputs for GRAMS processProduce mod breakdowns to support certification processRun CM co-ordinations meeting when applicable, produce MOM and follow-up actionsSupport drumbeat meetings and provide CM steeringAdapt CM processes to meet the milestones of the program. Create specific cluster for variants to drumbeat closure process. Mod Closure ActivityEnsure all engineering activities are performed on time in-line with ICC Cluster target dateEnsure when a modification is multi-FIC and you are the lead all other FIC's inputs are done before final closure again in-line with ICC Cluster dateFor SB Modifications ensure engineering are complete to allow Stage 3A for SB compilation and release. Support of Final Assembly Lines (FAL's)Provide support to FAL's regarding mod closure, late validity changes, conformity and attestation queriesSupport FAL major milestones like FOT and ID when applicableEnsure no delays are CM relatedPlease apply for a more detailed job spec. This role will be contracted until the end of the year with the possiblity of an extension into 2027
