Salary & Progression WCA Starting Salary: £48,000 After 12 months: £49,000 Bonus & Benefits 5% one-off approval bonus Up to 10% annual performance bonus (paid quarterly) Overtime paid at 1.5x once approved Additional salary uplifts: File Handling: +£500 Auditing: +£500 The Role You'll carry out telephone, video and face-to-face assessments, review medical evidence, discuss how conditions impact daily living and work, and produce evidence-based reports for the DWP. This is an assessment and report-writing role only – you will not make benefit decisions.
