Are you passionate about live sports and enjoy creating safe, memorable experiences for fans? We’re partnering with a leading sports venue in the heart of Bath to recruit enthusiastic Event Stewards. Working mainly on Saturdays, you’ll be part of a friendly team delivering excellent customer service and crowd safety during thrilling sporting fixtures throughout the season.

Have you worked for Bath City FC or other local sports venues? This could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing crowds and safely guiding visitors to their seats
• Monitoring health and safety, acting as first point of contact in emergencies
• Providing excellent customer service by assisting with enquiries
• Helping with post-event crowd dispersal and venue checks

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts
• Calmness under pressure
• Previous stewarding experience is beneficial but not essential
