Senior UI Designer

This is a design and technology studio where a designer’s concept doesn’t get handed off and diluted; it gets built. Strategists, designers and developers sit together, and the studio is structured to close the gap between idea and implementation. For a Senior UI Designer, that means the craft you put into a concept survives all the way to what ships.

The client roster spans luxury, beauty, sports performance and consumer goods, including a globally recognised streaming brand and a running apparel label the studio built and still evolves.

The Role
You’ll lead visual design projects end-to-end, across branding, digital product, motion and content. You’ll create UI and UX with genuine craft, build prototypes and motion concepts, and contribute to creative direction rather than executing someone else’s. You’ll present work directly to clients, carrying the strategic rationale, not just the visuals.

You’ll mentor junior designers and help the team scale through better systems and documentation, reporting to the Digital Design Director, and you’ll quickly become trusted as a creative partner to clients – this is authorship, not production.

The Person
A multidisciplinary Senior UI Designer with 6+ years, most likely from a creative or digital agency. You move fluently between brand identity, digital product (strong Figma UI/UX) and motion.

You’ve presented to clients and can defend a decision, not just show it. English-fluent, based in Paris or elsewhere in Europe, with a portfolio of concept-led work for brands with a clear aesthetic point of view.
