Recycling/FLT Operative (4on/4off)

Pay: £13.17-£20.79 per hour

Job Description:

Our client based in Newhouse are URGENTLY looking to recruit a Recycling/CB FLT Operative on a 4on/4off basis. Although this role is initially on a temporary basis it may become permanent for the right candidate after successful completion of a qualifying period.

This is within a recycling centre so previous experience within this environment is advantageous but not essential. Candidates should have their own Counter Balance FLT Licence, and have experience using the FLT.

Duties will include working on a picking station, general cleaning of site and driving the forklift. The client will provide any additional training required on specialist machinery.

Hours; You will work on a 4on 4off basis, doing 2 Day Shifts followed by 2 Night Shifts (with lots of over time available)

Dayshift – 06:00 to 18:00

Nightshift – 18:00 – 06:00.

Due to the hours and location of the position, candidates must live locally or have their own transport.
