Permanent Care Opportunities - Edinburgh & Midlothian Almond Blossom is a well-established, rapidly expanding domiciliary care provider that has been delivering high-quality homecare services for over 9 years. Known for prioritizing fast-track internal promotions, we are currently recruiting for multiple permanent positions across the City of Edinburgh and Midlothian.Available Roles & Compensation

• Support Workers: £13.45 per hour (Base salary: £25,178 - £26,208 per annum).
• Senior Support Workers: £14.00 per hour (Must hold SVQ Level 3).
• Earnings Booster: Plentiful overtime is available, allowing staff to average 52 hours per week and boost realistic earnings to £37,000+ per year.
• Care Coordinators: £15.00 per hour (Office-based in Granton/EH17 managing care runs).
• Registered Care Manager: ~£40,000 per annum (Full-time leadership position).

The Schedule (Support Workers & Seniors)

• Hours: Full-time, 36 hours per week.
• Shifts: Flexible 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available between 07:00 - 22:00.
• Flexibility: Shift patterns can frequently be condensed into 3 to 4 working days.

Candidate Requirements

• Right to Work: Must hold permanent, restriction-free Right to Work in the UK. No visa sponsorship or transfers are possible.
• Experience: Social care experience is required for support roles. Coordinators must have care run planning experience. Registered Managers must hold active SSSC Care Manager registration.
• Transport & Postcodes:Drivers: Valid UK license and vehicle access. Covering postcodes EH3, EH4, EH5, EH10, EH16, EH17, and Midlothian.Walkers: Must live in or easily commute to EH4, EH5, EH10, EH16, or EH17. (No walking runs are permitted in Midlothian or EH3).
