Quality Inspector

Amersham, UK Omega Resource Group Quality Inspector Amersham Permanent Up to 40,000 Quality Inspector on required by growing  manufacturing company, for their site in Amersham. The successful Quality Inspector will have a  hands-on role inspecting precision machined components and ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and customer specifications. Key Responsibilities: Quality Inspector Inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements Operate CMM equipment and generate inspection reports Identify and report non-conforming products Raise NCRs where required Support production with first-off and in-process inspections Maintain accurate quality records and traceability Conduct goods-in inspections when needed The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Quality Inspector A background in a Quality Inspector role gained within a manufacturing/engineering or equivalent environment Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Good understanding of GD&T Hands-on CMM experience Proficient with micrometers, verniers, height gauges, bore gauges and other inspection equipment Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Able to work independently and as part of a team What we are able to offer: Quality Inspector Income protection Cycle to work scheme If you are already a CMM Inspector, Dimensional Inspector, Final Inspector, Quality Inspector, you may also be suitable for this role.
