Relief Retail Security Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Relief Retail Security Officer to join our dynamic security team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff within the retail setting. Your primary duties will include monitoring surveillance systems, conducting regular patrols of the premises, and identifying and addressing any potential security threats or incidents. You will also be tasked with assisting in the prevention of theft and ensuring compliance with all security protocols and policies.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent observational skills and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service. You will be required to respond effectively to emergencies, provide assistance to customers and employees, and prepare detailed reports on incidents and activities. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will interact with various stakeholders, including law enforcement when necessary. Additionally, the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is a must. Previous experience in retail security or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications where applicable.
