Retail Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, answering queries, and providing product information to help them make informed decisions. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, replenishing stock, and arranging displays to enhance product visibility.

In addition to customer service, you will assist in processing transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register. Attention to detail is essential when handling cash and processing payments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to provide training for the right individual. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is also required to meet the demands of our customers.
