Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various facilities. Your primary duties will include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors, as well as cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas. You will also be responsible for emptying bins and ensuring all waste is disposed of properly. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will be expected to perform cleaning tasks to a high standard and report any maintenance issues to the management team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. You should have a good understanding of health and safety practices related to cleaning and be able to follow instructions effectively. Flexibility in working hours is required, as shifts may vary.
