Facilities Assistant ( Roving Ambassador Networker)

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Facilities Assistant to join our Roving Ambassador Networker team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support across various facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all users. Your primary duties will include conducting regular inspections of facilities, addressing maintenance issues promptly, and liaising with service providers to ensure timely resolutions. You will also assist in setting up spaces for meetings and events, ensuring that all equipment and materials are prepared and available to meet operational needs.

As a key member of our team, you will act as a point of contact for staff and visitors, offering assistance and guidance as necessary. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring that all areas are adequately stocked. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will engage with various stakeholders to foster a positive atmosphere and enhance community relations. Additionally, you will participate in training and development activities to stay updated on best practices in facilities management.
