Property Manager

BSNI are hiring a Property Manager on behalf of our client in Belfast.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager based in Belfast. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard and that tenants receive an excellent level of service.

Key responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and repair works, managing tenant relationships, handling enquiries and resolving issues promptly, carrying out regular property inspections, overseeing lease agreements, and supporting property lettings and marketing activities. The Property Manager will also ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations while maintaining effective communication with tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the smooth operation of the property portfolio.

Qualifications

• Property management skills including lease management, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination
• Experience in residential or/and commercial property marketing
• Knowledge of local property regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties effectively
• Capable to work as part of a team.
