Group Reporting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Group Reporting Manager to lead our financial reporting function and ensure the accuracy and integrity of consolidated financial statements. In this key role, you will oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with various departments to gather financial data and provide insightful analysis to senior management for strategic decision-making. Your expertise will also be crucial in streamlining reporting processes and improving efficiency across the finance team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA is highly desirable. You must possess exceptional analytical skills and a thorough understanding of international financial reporting standards (IFRS). Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be required to present financial information to stakeholders and facilitate discussions on financial performance. Additionally, proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills will be critical to your success in this position.
