Your duties will include managing the reception area, answering inquiries, and directing visitors to the appropriate personnel or resources. You will also be tasked with coordinating events and meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place for a seamless experience.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
