About the role
We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Team Manager to lead our Children's disabilities team, driving high‑quality social care services that safeguard and support children with disabilities, young people and their families. You will provide strong leadership, oversee complex decision‑making, champion integrated working across SEND, health and education, and ensure excellent practice through effective supervision, performance oversight and restorative, child‑friendly approaches. This is a key role shaping service development, managing resources, promoting independence pathways into adulthood, and ensuring that the voices of children and families inform everything we do.
