Shift: Week One Monday-Friday Week Two Monday-Wednesday & Friday-Saturday - 40 hours per week.

The Role

As a Yard Operative, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth day-to-day operation of the yard while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised yard and customer area.
• Ensuring stock and materials are stored correctly and safely.
• Loading and unloading customer and supplier vehicles.
• Assisting customers with product enquiries and purchases.
• Handling telephone and face-to-face stock and sales enquiries.
• Creating and maintaining clear signage and point-of-sale displays to ensure products are easily identified.
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Supporting the wider team with various operational tasks as required.
• Saturday working is required as part of the role.
