About the role
Internal Recruiter | Location: Bloomsbury, London
Salary: £250 to £300 per day
Contract Length: Two months
Working Pattern: Full time, hybrid with a minimum of three days onsite
Noble Recruiting is seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to support a busy higher education recruitment team. You will manage high volume recruitment across academic and professional services departments, taking ownership of the process from vacancy approval through to offer and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle
• Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders
• Write job adverts and source candidates
• Screen applications and coordinate interviews
• Manage Right to Work and reference checks
• Advise on recruitment best practice and employment legislation
• Maintain talent pipelines and recruitment reports
• Monitor time to hire and cost per hire
Experience Required
You will need proven internal recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including managing high volume vacancies. Strong stakeholder management, applicant tracking system and recruitment compliance experience is essential.
Higher education or public sector recruitment experience would be an advantage.
