Technical Account Manager

Job Title: Technical Account Manager
Location: Remote with EMEA travel
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Bonus

Are you looking for a Technical Account Manager position working remotely with EMEA travel? As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting global customer accounts, managing embedded engineering and project management teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise-level security solutions. You will be working for a global security consultancy specialising in the design, delivery and management of enterprise security systems.

Responsibilities:

Manage relationships and escalations across key global customer accounts.
Review and approve proposals prepared by Project Managers.
Conduct regular client meetings to review progress and drive actions.
Manage a team of Project Managers and Embedded Engineers supporting global accounts.
Identify opportunities to develop and grow existing customer accounts.
Provide strategic oversight of technical solutions and client requirements.

Experience and Certifications required:

Proven experience working for a security systems integrator supporting global enterprise accounts.
Previous experience as a Programme Manager, Senior Project Manager or in a similar technical account management role.
Strong technical knowledge of enterprise-level security systems such as C-Cure, Genetec and Lenel.
Experience managing medium-sized teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
