Job Title: Strategic Key Account Manager
Location: Hybrid (South East or Midlands preferred – flexible for the right candidate)
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum + Bonus + Car Allowance

Are you looking for a Strategic Key Account Manager position working in a hybrid role? As a Strategic Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a major nationwide Fire & Security customer account, ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining profitability, and developing long-term client relationships. You will be working for a leading provider of enterprise Fire & Security solutions across the commercial, banking and healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities:

Manage a major key customer account with responsibility for a £10m–£14m P&L.
Ensure contractual obligations are met across PPM, reactive maintenance, remedial works and small works.
Hold regular customer review meetings to monitor contractual performance and KPIs.
Manage a team of up to 8 personnel, including Engineers, Designers and Administrative staff.
Develop and grow the account while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Experience and Certifications required:

Proven experience as a Strategic Key Account Manager within the Fire & Security industry.
Experience managing nationwide customer accounts.
Demonstrable success in growing key accounts and maximising profitability.
Previous experience managing small to medium-sized teams.
Strong commercial awareness with P&L responsibility.
