Introduction
Our client, a well-established and thriving small animal practice, is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a practice that prides itself on clinical excellence, compassionate care, and a supportive working environment. The practice manages a varied caseload of complex medical and surgical cases, alongside general practice, aiming to provide comprehensive in-house care for their patients from a young age through to their golden years. They utilise trusted peripatetic teams where needed to ensure the highest standards.
The Role
The successful candidate will be an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who shares the practice's values and commitment to excellence. You will be confident in consultations, diagnostics, surgery, and case management, always maintaining a patient-first approach. This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork, empathy, and building meaningful relationships with both clients and colleagues. The practice offers a full-time, four-day week with a 1:5 full weekend rota, but part-time hours will also be considered.
