Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of private client matters, including:
  • Wills and estate planning
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Trusts and succession planning
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Delivering clear, practical and client-focused advice

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent with 4+ years' experience in private client law
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate and estate administration
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach
