HGV - Automotive Technician / Mechanic - Workshop Based - Exeter

We are seeking a skilled HGV Automotive Technician / Mechanic to join our dedicated team in Exeter. In this workshop-based role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a range of heavy goods vehicles. Your expertise will ensure that all vehicles are operating at peak performance and meet safety standards. You will perform routine inspections, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and carry out repairs on engines, transmissions, and other critical systems. A strong focus on quality workmanship and adherence to company policies is essential.

To excel in this position, you should possess a relevant qualification in automotive engineering or mechanics, with significant experience working on HGVs. A thorough understanding of vehicle systems and the ability to read and interpret technical manuals is required. A valid driver's license is essential, and a Class 1 or Class 2 license would be advantageous.
