Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities. Your primary duties will include sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, as well as dusting surfaces and sanitizing restrooms. You will also be tasked with emptying bins, replenishing supplies, and ensuring that all areas are kept in pristine condition. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will be expected to identify areas that require further cleaning and act accordingly.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. You should be physically fit, able to lift and move items as necessary, and comfortable working in various environments. A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality results are essential for success in this role. Flexibility in working hours is also required, as some shifts may include evenings or weekends.
