Year 4 Teaching Assistant

About the Role

• Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom routines
• Work with large groups, small groups and 1:1 to reinforce learning
• Help maintain a positive, calm and well‑managed classroom
• Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Contribute to an inclusive, engaging learning environment

You Will Need

• Level 2/3 childcare qualification (or relevant equivalent)
• At least 3 months’ recent experience in a UK primary school
• A confident, personable approach with the ability to build rapport quickly
• A proactive attitude and genuine passion for supporting children
