About the role
Are you looking for more flexibility, a fresh start, or hoping to get back into education? Zest Education is working closely with a welcoming 2‑form entry primary school on the outskirts of Solihull, and they are seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teaching Assistant to join their team.
This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys supporting children’s learning, loves being hands‑on in the classroom, and thrives in a warm, community‑focused school environment.
About the Role
- Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom routines
- Work with large groups, small groups and 1:1 to reinforce learning
- Help maintain a positive, calm and well‑managed classroom
- Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
- Contribute to an inclusive, engaging learning environment
You Will Need
- Level 2/3 childcare qualification (or relevant equivalent)
- At least 3 months’ recent experience in a UK primary school
- A confident, personable approach with the ability to build rapport quickly
- A proactive attitude and genuine passion for supporting children
