About the role
Are you looking for more flexibility, a fresh start, or a change from your current school? Zest Education is working closely with a welcoming 2‑form entry primary school on the outskirts of Solihull, and they are seeking a dedicated Year 4 Class Teacher to join their team.
This role is ideal for a teacher who has a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning, enjoys creating engaging lessons, and thrives in a warm, community‑focused school environment.
About the Role
- Teach and inspire a Year 4 class within a supportive 2‑form entry setting
- Deliver well‑structured, engaging lessons aligned with the British Curriculum
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain consistent routines and expectations
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
- Contribute to a calm, inclusive and purposeful learning environment
Requirements
- QTS qualification
- Minimum 3 months’ experience teaching in a UK primary school
- Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management
- Solid understanding of the British Curriculum
- A proactive, reliable and child‑centred approach
