Using positive behaviour management and de-escalation techniques to maintain a calm, safe learning space. Building trusting relationships to mentor students through personal and academic barriers. Collaborating with teaching staff and pastoral leads to track student progress.What We Are Looking For: Proven experience supporting young people with challenging behaviour, SEMH, or working within an AP/SEN setting. High emotional resilience, patience, and exceptional communication skills. A valid Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to process a new one via PAYE).Apply Now!
