Residential & Commercial Conveyancer

Our client is a well established and highly regarded law firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Residential & Commercial Conveyancer to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident fee earner who can manage their own caseload while providing a high standard of service to clients across a varied mix of residential and commercial property matters.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion, dealing with a broad range of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions. You will work closely with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals to ensure transactions progress efficiently while maintaining excellent levels of client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and leasehold transactions.
• Advising clients on commercial property sales, purchases, leases and related matters.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
• Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, surveyors and other solicitors.
• Ensuring files are managed in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Delivering an outstanding level of client service throughout the transaction.

About You

• Previous experience managing your own residential and commercial conveyancing caseload.
• Confident fee earner with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive and professional approach.
• Qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives and experienced non qualified fee earners will all be considered, provided they have the relevant experience.
