Asbestos Surveyor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Asbestos Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive asbestos inspections and surveys in various residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Your primary duties will include identifying and assessing asbestos-containing materials, providing accurate reports of findings, and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining effective communication with clients to address any concerns and provide expert guidance on asbestos management strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of asbestos legislation and best practices in surveying. You should have relevant qualifications such as a P402 or equivalent certification, along with a strong track record in conducting both management and refurbishment/demolition surveys. Proficiency in using survey equipment and software tools is essential, as is the ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports. Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are crucial for success in this position.
