Security Mobile Team Leader

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating team activities, conducting performance evaluations, and providing ongoing training and mentorship to enhance team capabilities. Additionally, maintaining accurate reports and documentation of incidents and team performance will be essential. A valid security license and previous experience in a supervisory role within the security field are required.
