Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, assisting them with inquiries, and helping them find products that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for processing transactions, handling cash, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support inventory management by restocking shelves and assisting with stock takes.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. We value a positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
