L&D Admin

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented L&D Admin to join our dynamic Learning and Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our training programs and initiatives. Your key duties will include coordinating training schedules, managing participant registrations, and maintaining training records. You will also assist in the preparation of training materials and resources, ensuring that all logistical aspects of training sessions are effectively managed. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will liaise with trainers, participants, and other stakeholders to facilitate a positive learning experience.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other relevant software to track training progress and outcomes.
