Emergency Response Team

Join our dedicated Emergency Response Team (ERT) and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our community. As an integral member of our ERT, you will be responsible for responding to emergency situations, including natural disasters, medical emergencies, and hazardous material incidents. Your primary duties will include assessing situations quickly, administering first aid, coordinating with local emergency services, and managing on-site operations to minimize risk and ensure public safety. You will also be expected to participate in regular training sessions to keep your skills sharp and stay updated on the latest emergency response protocols.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in emergency management, first aid, and crisis intervention. A valid CPR and First Aid certification is required, along with completion of a recognized emergency response training program. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as you will work closely with various stakeholders including local authorities, medical personnel, and the community. The ability to remain calm under pressure, think critically, and work as part of a team is paramount. Additionally, candidates should be physically fit and able to handle the demands of emergency response duties, which may involve long hours in challenging conditions.
