Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for our employees and visitors. Key responsibilities include managing maintenance staff, coordinating repairs and services, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will develop and implement facility management strategies, manage budgets, and negotiate contracts with service providers to optimize operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management or a related field, with a proven track record of managing multiple facilities. Excellent organizational and leadership skills are essential, as you will be required to lead a team, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Proficiency in facility management software and a solid understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are crucial. A degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as IFMA or BIFM.
