Defence Sales Managers / Business Development Managers – Maritime, Space & Satellite or  Defence Land/Joint Forces Technology – To £90K + Numerous Benefits + Very Flexible Hybrid.  Sales Manager with proven experience of working across Defence technology related to Maritime / Shipping Services, Space & Satellite or Land forces and who can bring technical credibility and a strong understanding of the UK Defence ecosystem will own and drive the full sales lifecycle within a thriving Technical Consultancy, building trusted relationships across Defence SME’s, military commands, government stakeholders and specialist technology partners.

The Sales Managers will be responsible for Sales strategy and market development in their specialist area; opportunity creation and capture; proposal, negotiation and closure of sales as well as delivery handover and account growth.

The Sales Manager’s skills and experience should include:

• A proven understanding of the UK Defence ecosystem including MOD, Defence primes, specialist SMEs and collaborative bid environments.
• Success in Defence related Maritime technology, Space & Satellite or Defence Land Forces technology sales with experience selling complex engineering, R&D, Consultancy, Services or capability-led solutions.
• Ability to manage the complete sales cycle.
• Technical credibility ideally supported by an engineering, science, electronics or related technology background.
• Strong presentation skills, a collaborative working style and confidence to engage at multiple levels.
